What to expect when applying at STOBER
We’re committed to a fair and thoughtful hiring process. Here’s how it works:
- Start with a complete application. Along with your application, you’ll be asked to complete two quick assessments on external sites. These assessments are required for your application to move forward:
- Personality/culture fit
- Cognitive assessment
- One-way video interview. If selected to move forward, you’ll be asked to record responses to a few interview questions at your convenience. No need to be nervous—take your time and be authentic!
- On-site interview. After the video interview, finalists are invited to meet our team in person and learn more about working at STOBER. We’ll set up an on-site interview as one of the final steps in the process.
- Stay connected. All communication regarding your application status and interview invitations will be sent to the email address listed on your application, so keep an eye on your inbox and check your spam filter occasionally just in case!
An incomplete application won’t be considered
We review every application carefully. But the truth is, if your application is missing key information—including your resume, work history, questionnaire, and electronic signature—we can’t give it the consideration it deserves. Incomplete applications will not receive a call back.
We’re not trying to be strict, but we have to be fair to every candidate who takes the time to present his or her full story.
