Food production is a harsh environment. While many gearboxes aren’t able to handle rigid washdowns and continuous operation, STOBER’s solutions pass the test, preventing premature failure and saving thousands of dollars in downtime.
STOBER’s OEM Renewal Program extends the life of gearboxes, geared motors, and geared machines, resulting in a huge cost savings. STOBER products are synonymous with reliability and longevity with a mean time to failure of more than 9.1 years.
With a fixed cost per product renewal, STOBER makes the process easier than ever. Our engineering team evaluates applications to determine wear and lifetime for the application. Whether it’s a single unit or an entire production line of STOBER products, we can help!
The STOBER OEM Renewal Program brings new life into existing gearboxes or motors at a fraction of the cost of purchasing new units. How does it work? The customer ships the unit to STOBER for an evaluation of seals, bearings, pinion, gears, outputs, and inputs. STOBER replaces or repairs items, then receives the renewed unit back with a new 2-year warranty.
