Warranty Claim	The product failed and you believe it is a warrantable issue. Wrong Product was received.	STOBER reviews the claim; approval is not automatic.
Return for Restock	You want to return unused products for credit.	Subject to eligibility and restocking requirements.
Refurbishment	You want the unit to be returned to factory specifications.	A repair quote is provided before RGA issuance.
Standard Evaluation	You need STOBER to inspect and evaluate symptoms.	The evaluation includes a visual inspection, probable failure mechanism, component assessment, photographic documentation, and written findings.
Failure Analysis	You need a detailed report or root cause review.	The unit will be fully torn down and inspected, with a detailed evaluation of the components and failure mechanism. The findings will be documented with photos and an engineering report, along with preventative recommendations and a technical review with a Service Advisor and/or Application Engineer.
