STOBER inducted into “Best Places to Work in Kentucky” Hall of Fame

STOBER Drives, Inc. has made the list of 2022 Best Places to Work in Kentucky for the fifth straight year, earning a spot in the Hall of Fame. 

Best Places to Work in Kentucky celebrates companies who do their part to make the Commonwealth a great place to live and work and provides companies with a tool to measure workplace satisfaction.

To determine winners of the prestigious award, surveys are sent to Kentucky employees with feedback determining 80 percent of a company’s score.  An employer assessment accounts for 20 percent of the company’s score.

“We are pleased to celebrate the extraordinary efforts of 100 companies who have created exemplary work environments, making the Commonwealth a better place to do business,” said Ashli Watts, President & CEO, Kentucky Chamber.  “I am so excited to see so many Kentucky employers have such a strong commitment to their employees, especially while navigating the “new normal” over the past two years.”

Other companies named to this year’s Best Places to Work in Kentucky list include Saint Joseph Health Partners, Delta Dental, Massage Envy Lexington, DBL Law, and more.  A full list can be found in the Best Places to Work in Kentucky Magazine.
