“K” Series
The standard “K” Series Helical/Bevel MGS Food and Beverage Duty unit is supplied with a patented double sided wobble-free bushing system mounted into a stainless steel quill. This unique design allows the unit to be mounted on the shaft from either side of the reducer. The dual tapered bushing cones will overcome a wide range of tolerances normally found with standard shaft materials. With easy to follow assemble instructions, the unit and bushing (packaged separately) can be mounted on the machinery quickly - without any special tools.
Output covers are provided to protect the seals from high pressure washing. The inside cover is split for easy assembly.
Each case size can be provided with a variety of bushing bore sizes. The bore size in the unit can be changed any time during the life of the unit simply by changing the bushing kit.

- NEMA C-face Input: O-ring between the motor and reducer. Easy mount maintenance free coupling
- Double Sealed Output - with a dual lip outer seal and a single lip inner seal
