The “PHK” Series combines the “PH” Series ServoFit™ Precision Planetary Gearheads with a reduced backlash “K” Series SMS unit for a smooth, precise, reliable drive with the benefit of direct mounting to many types of equipment without a coupling. Some features are:

- Ring gear machined integral to the housing – not welded or pressed in — provides greater concentricty and more precise alignment
- The output flange dimensions are ISO 9409 and allow easy mounting to rotary or indexing tables, pinions, timing belt pulleys, transmission shafting, etc., without using a coupling
- FKM double lip radial oil seals for continuous duty applications and very good chemical resistance
- Oversized tapered roller bearings and shafts for high radial load capacity and superior torsional stiffness
- Blind pilot hole
- Motor shaft adapter system allows installation of motor in minutes — no special tools required
- Adapter bushings to fit all motor shafts – no key required
Readily attaches to any servo motor. A wide selection of IEC and NEMA motor plates are stock. (Maximum 10 working days for custom motor plates.)

Ratios up to 561:1
Lubricated for life with synthetic oil and sealed to IP65 standards to prevent lubricant contamination for long life
The patented motor coupling is designed to allow thermal expansion of the motor shaft - -ensuring long motor life by preventing thrust load on the motor bearings.
5 year limited warranty (2 years on bearings, seals, etc.)
