The "PHKX" Series combines the "PH" Series ServoFit™ Precision Planetary Gearheads and a right angle to provide a configuration
that is a smooth, precise, reliable drive with the benefit of
direct mounting
to many types of equipment without a coupling.
- Superior Torsional Stiffness
- HeliCamber® gear technology provides minimum wear, low backlash and low noise
- Gears are case hardened to 61 Rockwell “C” and ground for maximum efficiency
- Highly efficient spiral bevel gearsets provide quiet operation adn excellent torque carrying capacity
- Ring gear machined integral to the housing – not welded or pressed in- provides greater concentricty and more precise alignment
- Single piece steel housing
- The output flange dimensions are ISO 9409 and allow easy mounting to rotary or indexing tables, pinions, timing belt pulleys, transmission shafting, etc., without using a coupling
- Lubricated for life with synthetic oil and sealed to IP65 standards to prevent lubricant contamination for long life. Mounting position must be specified.
